Hrithik Roshan follows a very strict and difficult workout schedule which is very difficult to follow by anyone. Everyday after 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise he starts with different exercises.

On Monday he does chest, calves and back exercise. He does total 5 sets of Dumbell Bench press (2 work out sets and 3 warm up sets), 2 sets of inclined dumbbell flies. 4 sets of underhand cable pulls (3 working sets and 1 warm up set), bent over Barbell rows ( 3 working sets and 1 warm up set) and 3 sets of back extensions, 3 sets of seated calf raise and 3 sets of standing calf raise. On Tuesday he does exercise for his legs. He does Leg Press 8 sets, Seated leg tucks 5 sets, Extensions 4 sets, lying leg curls 5 sets, Squats 5 sets. On Wednesday he takes a break from exercise. On Thursday he does shoulders, calves and abs exercise. He does Marble Military press 5 sets, side lateral raise 4 sets, 3 sets of uprise barbell row of 7 reps, 7 sets of reverse flies of 12 reps, 3 sets of weighted sit ups of 20 reps, 3 sets of seated calf raise of 20 reps, 3 sets of standing calf raise of 20 reps. On Friday he does exercise for his arms.  He does 2 sets of straight arm dumbbell pulls, 3 sets of cable rep tricep overhead extensions, 3 sets of cable lying tricep extensions, 3 sets of standing tricep extensions, 7 sets of straight arm pulls, 5 sets of concentrated curls, 5 sets of dumbbell bicep curls and 3 sets of standard bicep cable curls.

Hrithik Roshan’s advice on workouts is to keep changing workout routine every few days or daily. Always stretch your body before exercise and not to lift a lot of weight if your body  does not permit and to always get a sound sleep.
